Services

Dispersal Digital Agency provides web design, development, hosting, and digital marketing services. All services are provided subject to separate service agreements that will be executed between Dispersal Digital Agency and the client.

In no event shall Dispersal Digital Agency or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Dispersal Digital Agency's website, even if Dispersal Digital Agency or a Dispersal Digital Agency authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
